OUR Services

General Maintenance

An ongoing effort to keep a garden healthy, attractive, and productive. This may include work such as: pruning, weeding, watering, mulching, applying fertilizer, pest and disease control, lawn care, harvesting, cleaning and seasonal tasks.

By consistently performing these garden maintenance tasks, you can create a thriving and beautiful outdoor space. The specific tasks may vary depending on the type of garden, climate, and plant varieties you have.

heavy duty clean up

This kind of service is usually done to refresh an extremely overgrown garden, or prepare for a special event. Less detail focused than general maintenance, a heavy duty clean up is an immediate transformation.

garden design

Successful garden design is a dynamic and creative process that combines artistry with practical considerations.  A technical design is created for an outdoor space that is aesthetically pleasing, functional, and tailored to the personality, preferences, and needs of the client. This design involves careful consideration of various elements to achieve a harmonious and balanced environment.

School garden program

Madre Gardening makes an effort to contribute to its community by volunteering time and labor in order to get school gardens up and running. With the help of teachers and parents, funds are raised for materials and plants, which we have access to at a low price.

School gardens offer a multifaceted educational experience that goes beyond traditional classroom learning. They contribute to holistic development, instill a sense of environmental responsibility, and create a positive and engaging learning environment for students of all ages.

Edible garden management

This service specializes in the planning, design, installation, and ongoing maintenance of edible landscapes or gardens beds. If you've ever wanted home grown food but felt overwhelmed at the idea, or lack the time to do it effectively, this may be a useful service to you!

Edible home gardens allow families to enjoy the benefits of homegrown, organic produce while minimizing environmental impact.
